How does trade pricing work?
Flat trade rates below our retail pricing, held whether you send one rush booth or a season of shows. Send a typical job and volumes and we will price it the same day, in writing.
Do you blind ship nationwide?
Yes. Jobs leave in unbranded packaging labeled to your job numbers, shipped anywhere in the country or held for pickup minutes from Miami International. Nothing on the box points back to us.
What lead times can we promise our clients?
Standard production is 24 to 48 hours from approved artwork, and 80 to 90 percent of jobs ship next or second day. Same day happens when it has to. We run weekends in peak season, so quote your clients with confidence.
Can you handle overflow, not just full jobs?
Yes. Plenty of partners print some of a job themselves and send us the parts they cannot do, most often sewing, dye sub or oversize direct print. We match color to your proofs so the pieces sit together.
Can we see the floor before we send work?
Any time, by appointment. Most partnerships start with a walk through the facility: you will meet the team who will run your work, see all three processes running and know exactly what you are reselling.
