What are silicone
edge graphics?
Silicone edge graphics are fabric prints with a thin silicone keder sewn around the edge. That bead tucks into a groove in a slim aluminum frame and pulls the fabric drum-tight. What you see is the print itself, smooth from edge to edge, with the frame hidden behind it.
We print by dye sublimation, which drives the ink into the fabric rather than sitting it on top. That is why the color holds up at photographic detail, and why a skin can be folded, shipped and hung again without cracking. The frame only goes up once. After that, changing the message means changing a skin, not rebuilding a wall.
How it works
One bead,
zero tools.
The bead sewn to the fabric's edge presses into a slim aluminum channel by hand. The print pulls tight and flat with nothing on show. When the message changes, you swap the skin and keep the frame.
The channel sits behind the print, so all you see is fabric
Thumb pressure seats the bead; one person can dress a wall
Old skin out, new skin in, without touching the frame
Add LEDs behind the fabric and the graphic becomes the light
SEG frames, sizes & mounting
Specify it once.
Reuse it for years.
Five frame depths cover nearly every job, from a flush wall graphic to a freestanding double-sided wall. We cut and build every frame here to your measurements, print seamless up to 124 inches wide, and sew anything bigger into one continuous-looking print.

The thinnest frame in the system. Flush wall graphics and retail signage where the hardware should disappear entirely.

The workhorse for wall graphics and booth panels. Rigid at large spans, still light enough to hang single-handed.

A skin on each face. Freestanding walls, hanging aisle signs and room dividers read as finished from every angle.

Two backlit depths with an LED array behind the fabric: 4.5 inch for most lightboxes, and 6 inch where a larger face needs deeper, more even light.
SEG frame options

Feet and a return keep it upright without touching the venue. Booth walls, dividers and backdrops.

Flush to the wall with nothing on show but fabric. The workhorse for lobbies, interiors and exhibit walls.

Walls, towers and returns built as one kit. It packs flat, ships light and rebuilds the same at every show.

Suspended on slim cables, so signage and lightboxes float above retail floors and show booths.
We also build custom shapes, curves and hanging grids to order.

Backlit SEG
The lightbox,
without the box.
Dye-sub ink sits inside the fabric, so light passes through it evenly. Put an LED array behind it in a 4.5 inch frame and the graphic itself becomes the light source. There is no glare and there are no hot spots, and the skin still swaps in minutes, so a lit wall can change with every campaign.
Self-install
Up in minutes.
No crew required.
Every frame ships with the hardware and hex key it needs. Three steps and the wall is standing, and the printable guide below shows every bracket.
Assemble the frame
Slide the corner brackets into the extrusions and turn the hex key until snug. Footplates and extensions drop in the same way.
Included hex keyFit crossbars and mount
Clip in the crossbars for rigidity, then wall-mount, ceiling-hang or stand the frame on its feet. All three mounts use the same channel.
Wall · ceiling · free-standingPress in the graphic
Start at the corners, press the keder into the channel, then work along each edge. The fabric pulls itself flat. Swapping a skin later takes minutes.

Why Binick
Printed, sewn and framed
under one roof.
Plenty of companies sell SEG. Very few actually make it. We print, sew, cut and frame every graphic in our own building in Miami, which means no brokers, no outsourced sewing and no waiting on somebody else's schedule. Some of the shops around town even send us their sewing. And the whole floor runs on sustainable printing equipment, which matters to more of the agencies we work with every year.
Durst P5 350 TEX iSUB and HP Stitch S1000, printing deep, wash-fast color at up to 124″ seamless.
Our talented team of seamstresses sews the silicone to each print and test fits it, so quality control happens on every single piece.
A Summa 126″ × 126″ flatbed cutter with a conveyor belt handles entire rolls with ease, completely automated.
SEG extrusions cut, machined and assembled here, so fabric and frame always meet to the quarter inch.
Where we work
Made in Miami.
Shipped nationwide.
Our facility sits minutes from Miami International Airport and the convention centers where South Florida's biggest shows happen. When an install window is tight, that distance is the difference, and it is why agencies hand us the jobs other shops turn down.
Polyester fabrics shipped anywhere in the USA fold small and ship same day or next day for urgent projects. Our logistics team will accommodate packaging and shipping to your destination, and the system is built for self-install at the other end.
How it works
Files in. Graphics out.
Most of our clients send print-ready art. Eight in ten jobs arrive as finished files with a spec sheet. Here's the whole process.

SEG, asked and answered.
What are silicone edge graphics?
SEG stands for silicone edge graphics: fabric prints with a thin silicone keder, a slim rubber edge, sewn around the perimeter. You press the keder into a groove in a slim aluminum frame and it pulls the fabric perfectly flat. From a few feet away all you see is the graphic, with no visible frame at all.
How much do SEG displays cost?
It depends on size, frame depth, whether it is backlit and how many you need. Because we make everything in-house you are not paying a middleman, and replacement skins cost far less than the first build because you keep the frame. Send us your sizes and we will price it the same day.
Should I choose SEG or a vinyl banner?
If it is a short-term outdoor job on a budget, vinyl is the right call and we will tell you so. SEG wins wherever finish matters. It hangs flat, there are no grommets or curling edges, it ships folded rather than rolled, and you reuse the frame every time the message changes.
Can I change the graphic without replacing the frame?
Yes, that is the whole point of the system. The old skin pulls out by hand and the new one presses in, no tools, done in minutes. We keep your frame sizes on file, so ordering a fresh skin takes one email.
Can SEG be backlit?
Yes. Backlit SEG uses our deeper frames, the 4.5″ and 6″ extrusions, with LEDs mounted behind the fabric. The ink sits inside the textile, so the light comes through evenly with none of the hot spots or glare you get from a rigid lightbox.
What's the largest size you can produce?
We print seamless up to 124 inches wide. Anything larger is sewn together to make one large, seamless-looking print, and seam locations can be customized around the artwork.
Do you ship nationwide? Do you install?
Both. Frames pack flat and skins fold small, so shipping nationwide is cheap and nothing arrives creased. We sit minutes from the airport and Miami's main venues, our own crews install across South Florida, and everywhere else SEG is made for self-install: the skin presses in by hand.
How fast is turnaround?
Standard production is 24 to 48 hours from approved artwork. If you are up against it, call us. Everything happens in one building, so we control the whole schedule, and we run weekend production for urgent deadlines.
How do I set up my SEG frame?
Three steps: assemble the frame with the included hex key, clip in the crossbars and choose your mount, then press the fabric's keder into the channel starting at the corners. A printable step-by-step guide showing every bracket is on this page, and we're a phone call away if you'd like us to walk you through it.
