Dye Sublimation · Miami → Nationwide

Dye sublimation printing.
Ink inside the fabric.

Dye sublimation uses heat to drive ink into polyester textile, so the print becomes part of the fabric rather than a layer on top. The result is photographic color that will not crack, fade or peel, and it is what our entire SEG and fabric display business is built on.

The service

Heat, pressure
and permanent color.

Dye sublimation transfers ink into frontlit and backlit polyester using heat and pressure, bonding the color into the material itself. Because each dot can be any color, it prints true continuous tones, smoother and brighter than vinyl, with a finish close to a photograph.

It is the process behind trade show fabric, SEG skins, backlit lightboxes and scenic backdrops. The prints fold without creasing, ship small, hang flat and can be washed, which is why fabric has taken over the premium end of display work.

What you get

Why fabric beats vinyl up close.

01
Permanent by chemistry

The dye bonds at the molecular level, so there is no surface layer to crack, peel or scratch off. The color is the fabric.

02
Continuous tone

Every dot can be any color, which means smooth gradients and skin tones that vinyl printing approximates and fabric nails.

03
Made for light

Backlit polyester spreads LED light evenly through the print, the foundation of every glowing SEG wall we build.

Where we work

Made in Miami.
Shipped nationwide.

Our facility sits minutes from Miami International Airport and the convention centers where South Florida's biggest shows happen. When an install window is tight, that distance is the difference, and it is why agencies hand us the jobs other shops turn down.

The same walls ship anywhere in the country. Frames pack flat, skins fold small, and the system is built for self-install, so a booth printed in Miami on Monday hangs in Las Vegas or Chicago by the weekend. Agencies from Europe run their US events through us for exactly that reason.

Straight answers

Dye sublimation, asked and answered.

What can you print with dye sublimation?

Anything built on polyester textile: SEG skins, trade show fabric, backlit lightbox faces, hanging banners, table throws, pillowcase graphics and scenic backdrops, up to 124 inches seamless.

How durable is the print?

More durable than surface printing by design. The dye is infused into the fiber, so it will not crack, fade or peel with handling, and most fabrics can be folded, shipped and even washed.

Is dye sub better than vinyl?

For displays people see up close, usually yes: smoother color, no glare, lighter shipping and a premium hand. For rough outdoor duty, vinyl still earns its keep. We will tell you which fits your job.

What equipment do you run?

A Durst P5 350 TEX iSUB and an HP Stitch S1000, color-calibrated to each other, feeding our in-house sewing and automated cutting departments. The whole chain happens on one floor.
